'Mo' brings a wide array of experience to her discussion of nutrition, food preservation and how to eat like a chef. 35 years in the restaurant business, 14 years in health care and a lifetime of gardening, foraging skills, cooking from scratch, canning and baking. She is currently a nutrition coach with Wilson Family Chiropractic.

We have been providing what we hope is valuable information to help you prepare for the events, natural and man-made, that will occur in the future. These events may affect us singly or as a family, community, state or nation. You can and should be prepared to meet the challenges as they occur and we hope we have been a resource in that preparation.
